The Apartments:

Our apartments are designed to give you all the commodity of a flat and all the benefits of an enourmous hotel accomodation. Each flat is 45 m2 and 4 1/2 meters high. When you enter the flat, you first find a small lobby, followed by a kitchen and a bathroom, and finally the bedroom/living room area.

Within a 200 meter radius from your flat you can find:

 * dozens of restaurants, coffee-shops, and bars

 * several pharmacies, banks and non-stop supermarkets

 * very convenient undergroud and tram transportation to every where

 * all major fast-food chains (McDonalds. KFC, Pizza Hut, TGIF, etc...)

 * Hundreds of other shops

Facilities: * bathroom with shower * towels and sheets * Wi-fi Internet connection * kitchenette with fridge * microwave oven, pots & pans.

Renting conditions:

 * Payment is on arrival in cash, unfortunately no credit cards are accepted. The price contains cleaning, linen and towels as well.

You will pay only in the hotel when you arrive either in cash or by Credit Card. We do not charge your credit card in advance, unless you do not arrive at the hotel and do not cancel your reservation. No prepayment is needed for using our reservation service.

You have the right to cancel your reservation 48 hours before your arrival free of charge. Written cancellations made 48 hrs in advance will be accepted. In case of late cancellation - within 48 hours - or No Show without previously informing us, the hotel has the right to charge your credit card with the amount of the first night fee.
