Payment and Reservation Policy:

Advance “Confirmation deposit”  is requested, through Paypal, corresponding to the first night  with a  minimum of 100,00 EUR. The flat owner will send you the "Form" for the deposit. You will pay the remaining balance  when you arrive in the flat, cash. Unfortunately no credit cards are accepted!

Cancellation Policy: You have the right to cancel your reservation 1 month before your arrival. Written cancellations made 1 month in advance will be accepted. In case of late cancellation - within 1 month - or No Show without previously informing us, the owner has the right to keep the advance payment.

You will pay only in the hotel when you arrive either in cash or by Credit Card. We do not charge your credit card in advance, unless you do not arrive at the hotel and do not cancel your reservation. No prepayment is needed for using our reservation service.

You have the right to cancel your reservation 48 hours before your arrival free of charge. Written cancellations made 48 hrs in advance will be accepted. In case of late cancellation - within 48 hours - or No Show without previously informing us, the hotel has the right to charge your credit card with the amount of the first night fee.
